Zen are looking for an experienced manager to take responsibility for the day to day running of our Network Operations team. Reporting to the NOC Manager you will ensure that the team are able to meet the day to day needs of the business taking into account current and future requirements.
Coming from a background in technical operations and Datacentre services, you will understand the day to day activities and issues dealt with by your team and will be capable of providing practical guidance and technical training, where necessary, to the team to assist with their operational duties. You will also focus on operational processes to ensure that working practices within this team are optimised.
