However. it's important to note that the speeds we have quoted are an indication of the speed that lines like yours have achieved for this broadband service, but there are other things that can affect the speed you'll get.
Please note the speeds displayed are from Zen to your router/hub and are not inclusive of Wi-Fi speeds between your hub and your wireless device.
That’s why if the speed between Zen and your router is significantly below our estimate, and we’re unable to fix the problem, you can end your contract penalty-free.
