Zen was named a Manchester Evening News Business of the Year in the £50 million to £100 million turnover category, beating competition from across the Greater Manchester region. The MEN awards, now in their 25th year, are one of the most prestigious regional business awards in the UK.

Zen was named PC Pro’s Best Broadband provider – for an incredible 14th consecutive year – with an overall rating of 94%

Zen retained its Which? Recommended Provider status for Broadband, increasing its lead at the top of the consumer organisation’s customer satisfaction table

Zen was again named as the Which? Recommended Provider, achieving an overall satisfaction score of 86%

Zen was named the Best Wholesale ISP at the 2017 ISPA awards. Judges praised Zen's wholesale full fibre (FTTP) network, which they said was challenging the dominance of the largest providers, and its two-way engagement with partners.

Zen was also named PC Pro Best Web Host for the second year running, beating off competition from a host of household names.

Zen was named Telecoms Services Provider of the Year in the consumer champion’s annual awards.

Zen won a 13th consecutive PC Pro Best Broadband award in 2016, continuing a long run of success in the consumer magazine's annual award.

Zen’s Which? Recommended Provider status was underscored with a five-star rating for ease of set-up, reliability, clarity of bills, ease of contacting, customer service and technical support.

We were awarded the title following 100 mystery shops carried out between July and August 2015 by TNS, testing our telephone and online support – including social media. Securing a win in the Customer Service of the Year Awards aligns Zen with previous, globally-known winners including Acer, FedEx, Match.com, Royal Bank of Scotland and, most recently, Thomas Cook Airlines.

Zen was named PC Pro Best Web Host for the first time in 2016.

Winning the PC Pro Tech Excellence Award for the 12th time, Zen scored 94% in the overall ranking – 12% higher than its nearest competitor. It scored 97% for customer support, 97% for reliability, 90% for speed and 85% for value for money.
