In consumer champion Which?’s latest survey of broadband providers, we have once again proven why we are top choice for reliable and high-quality broadband. The survey highlights the best and worst broadband providers based on thousands of customer experiences, and Zen has emerged as a standout performer, beating all the major players by a long shot!
The consumer champion’s survey found the biggest providers were easily outshone by their smaller rivals. The Big Four providers - BT, Sky, TalkTalk and Virgin Media - featured in the bottom half of the consumer champion’s survey.

We earned the highest ratings across the board and a customer score of 77 per cent leaving the big four lagging behind us at the bottom of the consumer table in the 60 percentiles. What’s more, nine in 10 customers said they would recommend us. More than eight out of ten customers also gave us positive ratings for value, demonstrating our commitment to offering quality service at a reasonable price.
Our contract price promise also means customers will not see their deal hiked mid-contract.
