Extender technology works differently, simply ‘copying’ or ‘repeating’ the original signal from your router, and that often means a weak signal and another network to manually connect to.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do you mean by refurbished?

When customers are finished with their EveryRoom repeaters, they are sent back to us at Zen. We then perform a number of safety and functionality tests (to make sure the repeaters are in proper working order) before resetting the devices and packaging them up neatly for a new life.

How are the EveryRoom repeaters refurbished?

When an EveryRoom repeater is returned to us, we clean the device and check for any damage that might impact performance. The plug is thoroughly tested to make sure it’s electrically safe and then the device is powered up and checked for functionality, before being wiped and reset to default settings.

What condition are the refurbished repeaters in?

All our refurbished EveryRoom repeaters come in full working condition and offer the same guaranteed coverage as a brand-new device. Because they have been used previously, there may be some minor scuffs and blemishes on the repeater but nothing that will impact performance.

What comes in the box with a refurbished EveryRoom?

Rest assured you’ll get everything you need to get your EveryRoom set up! Your repeater will be packaged neatly in a box, with a cable and QR code linking to full set up instructions.

What does the guarantee cover?

If your home is no larger than 170 square meters (which is more than double the size of the average UK home*), our EveryRoom service guarantees a signal in every room of your home. This includes all standard rooms like the lounge, bedroom and kitchen; a garage that is accessed without going outside; a converted loft room or basement; and a conservatory/ orangery that is accessed without going outside.

The EveryRoom service does not include any exterior buildings like garages, sheds, summerhouses and annexes; or an unconverted loft, cellar or basement.

If your home is bigger, we will work with you to extend your WiFi as far as we possibly can but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee WiFi in every room. Please note, if an additional repeater is sent out, there is a £9 P&P fee.
