Cancellation process

We are really sorry that you are considering leaving us. To process a cancellation request, please contact our team on 01706 582068. They might be able to provide you with a service more suited to your needs. If you still want to cancel any of your Zen services for whatever reason, you will be able to do so on the same number.

Although we would be really sorry to see you go, we do want to make the cancellation process as straight forward as we can for you. We have provided some additional information about cancelling below.

First off, we do need to make you aware that in order to cancel an existing service you must have permission to do so. By default, permission is granted to:

  • The person who originally ordered the service
  • The person who the service is billed to

In the case of business users, your organisation administrator can assign permissions to sales order items to other members of the organisation.
