Why Zen?

We connect you with a range of high-performance broadband and voice packages, supported by the best service and technical support in the UK. We're one of only two Which? recommended broadband providers.

Our customers are much more likely to recommend us

Seven times more likely in fact!

We’ve looked at our Net Promoter Score (which tells us how likely our customers are to recommend us) and compared it to the Net Promoter Scores (NPS) of our main competitors.

That’s how we calculated that our customers are seven times more likely to recommend us. Our finding is based on data obtained from the 2019 Ofcom Customer Satisfaction Tracker (you can download the full report here) for our four main competitors – BT, Sky, TalkTalk, EE and Virgin. Taking the average of their NPS scores gives a number of 10.4.

We then compared this number with our own NPS score – obtained using the same methodology as the Ofcom report – which is a whopping 72.13.

So there you have it. If you were wondering why we’re so confident in the great service we provide here at Zen, it’s because we know our customers are seven times more likely to recommend us to a friend!
