We believe in behaving the right way, by doing the right thing by everyone, and caring for our planet. That is why we are carbon neutral and on a path to Net Zero, aligning with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) Net-Zero Standard.

As a B Corp, our Board is legally required to take social and environmental concerns into consideration when making all decisions.

We hate waste, which is why we’re looking at ways to reduce paper usage even further and to re-purpose the old routers that customers return to us. We are certified to ISO 14001, giving us a framework for making improvements and setting targets which benefit the environment.

Becoming a B Corp

We achieved B Corp status in September 2020. We are legally obliged to consider the impact of our decisions on our people, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment.

Environmental Steering Group

We recognise our responsibility to identify, manage and minimise any negative environmental impact as effectively as possible.

That’s why we established our Environmental Steering Group, with the aim to identify the opportunities, activities and changes that we can pursue or make to ensure we run our business in the most ecological and environmentally friendly way and then make the associated decisions around investment and priority as to which of these we will take forward.

Our current initiatives

Each year our Environmental Steering Group works together to define our commitments and objectives for the coming year. We document key milestones from the previous year in our environmental timeline. Here is an overview of those commitments for this current year:

Net Zero

We will develop a plan to decrease our dependence on gas, enhance accuracy and coverage of greenhouse gas emissions data, implement travel reduction and waste reduction policies, and explore the potential benefits of external disclosure schemes.

Engage our supply chain

Enhance industry involvement in carbon emission reduction efforts and establish supplier sustainability standards, including annual emissions data collection and strategy assessment through a questionnaire.

Empower our people

Encourage and empower our people to contribute positively by engaging in environmental community projects and integrating sustainability into our organisational culture.
