As the UK moves away from copper connectivity towards an all-IP world of full fibre and Digital Voice, those old analogue voice connections you’re using will soon become a thing of the past.
And though the network is due for retirement in 2025, the stop sell of copper services will take place much sooner. In fact, it’s already started, and is due to be completed by late 2023.
To what extent are channel firms embedding sustainability measures into their strategies? How big is the challenge?
Working with Comms Dealer we commissioned a report to answer these questions.
This research paper charts and assesses the current state of net zero planning in the channel, revealing where we are now, where we need to be and how to get there.
Have you ever wondered what exactly goes into a full fibre installation, how it’s carried out, or who does what (and why)?
We teamed up with Openreach to bring you a free virtual tour of the FTTP installation process - from exchange to premises - with real engineers guiding you through every step.

In association with Comms Dealer, we've produced a paper that exposes a high degree of operational and service level stasis in the ICT channel.
But what are the root causes? And how can they be overcome?
The data which forms the basis of this research study was derived from extensive telephone interviews with 150 executives of channel organisations during June and July 2020 (ICT resellers, SIs, MSPs and ISPs of all sizes, the majority up to £5 million revenue firms ranging up to £20 million-plus). For almost 95 per cent of respondents the quest for operational excellence begins at the top, and the biggest leadership challenge in delivering excellence is improving the performance of decision making.
So what actions could you take to achieve service excellence?
We believe in making Zen a great place to work. Because happy staff provide award-winning service and go the extra mile for our customers every day.
