Developed with customers in mind

We developed our API from the ground up, with the primary objective of giving our customers - and yours - a better experience.  Approximately three years of development from our highly skilled team resulted in a self-documenting and RESTful API which significantly reduces the time and cost of integration in comparison to other wholesale providers. As a Zen service provider, you'll have the option to use our API to build your own bespoke systems, or you can choose to use our own Portal, built using the very same API.

A network built for the future

Continual improvement has always been a hallmark of Zen. As an independent business, we’re able to reinvest our profit back into our people and technology, and that includes our network.

Our most recent network upgrade has increased our on-net reach to nearly 700 points of presence across the UK, deploying 4,375 10Gb/s exchange interconnects and increasing our network capacity to 44Tb/s. We’ve also connected our first 100Gbps backhaul in our Rochdale exchange and deployed our first ever 20Gbps exchange, for a scalable high-capacity network built to meet our partners’ growing demands.

Dedicated service

Your dedicated account and service managers will get to know you and your business inside out and will be there to agree and monitor key performance and SLA measures, identifying and assessing opportunities for improving your business. Provisioning

Our experts will take full ownership of the provisioning process, taking the time to understand your business needs and supplying everything you need to deliver services and manage your customers’ expectations.

Technical support

We’re not a contact centre. When you report an issue you’ll talk to an expert who will take ownership of your problem through to its resolution, coordinating with other teams, internal experts and Zen suppliers where necessary.

Our in-house development team built our API and portal from the ground up. And as a Zen partner, you'll have direct access to those developers should you have any queries or require any assistance.
