Late last year we announced our ambition to become the aggregator of choice for alt-net full fibre infrastructure providers, giving channel partners access to the biggest full fibre footprint of any supplier in the UK.

Say hello to The Fibre Hub

Now that ambition is being realised. The Fibre Hub is open for business. As a first step, existing Zen partners can offer their customers access to CityFibre’s huge full fibre footprint via our dedicated wholesale platform, alongside the already existing Openreach footprint.

And that’s just the beginning. CityFibre will be closely followed by the footprints of Freedom Fibre and Trooli, with many more in the pipeline.

Alt-net footprints are accessible via our Campaign Centre FTTP tool, allowing partners to segment and download address data for use in customer acquisition campaigns. We also provide self-serve white label and brandable campaign material. Extra resources and marketing development funds are available for qualifying campaigns.

A partner of Zen's since 2017, Firstcom Europe are a telecoms company spread over four countries with their UK base being the biggest with over 8.5k customers.
