Why Zen?

I have just had outstanding service from a gentleman named Steve.  He was patient and very understanding of the issues I have had.  Why on earth are more companies not like ZEN?

If you want the best there is in customer service for an internet provider, look no further than Zen.  I've experienced the other competitors and Zen are both pro-active and a pleasure to deal with.

Great service, options perfectly explained with no hard sell.  Oh, and I wasn't in a call queue which is just how things should be!
