Voucher terms of use

This page refers to the CityFibre Packages Pop-Up - £100 Amazon Voucher Offer:

• This offer ends at 12pm on 31st January 2025. 
• You must be a new customer of Zen Internet. If you were previously with Zen but are not currently, you are eligible for this voucher when switching back. Upgrading customers are not eligible.
• Gift card is only redeemable against one household and one member. If you decide to switch providers for multiple addresses you will only be eligible to receive one gift card.
• You must purchase a CityFibre Home Broadband product to be eligible for this voucher. This includes CityFibre Full Fibre 100, CityFibre Full Fibre 300, CityFibre Full Fibre 500 and CityFibre Full Fibre 900. This can include additional products (e.g., digital voice, everyroom) but must be on the CityFibre network. Business products and Openreach network products are not eligible.
• The voucher offered is a £100 Amazon eGift Card.
• The purchase must be completed online. Customers purchasing via telesales or webchat will not be eligible.
• Your Amazon voucher will be issued when your new Zen broadband service is activated by Zen at your home.
• Customers who cancel their order will not be eligible for the voucher.
• You must use the same email address at the point of purchase and into the voucher pop-up, to receive the electronic gift card.
• The electronic gift card link will be emailed to you, via the email address you provide (Please ensure to check your junk/spam folders). This may take up to 90 days after your Zen broadband service has gone live. Zen will have no responsibility where the Amazon voucher has been sent to an incorrect e-mail address that has been provided to us by you.
• On receipt of the voucher email, you will have 90 days to claim the £100 Amazon eGift Card via the link provided in the email. The voucher link expires after this time. Please note this is not the expiry of the Amazon eGift Card itself; this will be in line with Amazon’s gift voucher terms and conditions.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount other than our Refer a Friend incentive and the CityFibre Switch & Connect offer, which will be honoured if applied in the checkout process.
• By participating in this offer you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you should not participate in this offer in any manner.
• The offer is valid for a limited time and may be changed or ended at any time at Zen Internet's discretion. Zen reserves the right to modify any elements of this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions without notice. Updated Terms and Conditions will be available on our website and/or the relevant landing page. The applicable Terms and Conditions will be those published at the time of your participation in the offer.
