What is One Touch Switching?

What is One Touch Switching? One Touch Switching is a new and fairer way of switching providers introduced by Ofcom, now all you need to do is express your intent to switch to your chosen new provider. No more navigating through multiple providers. To initiate the switch to Zen, all we need are a few key details: Surname, Address, Service ID & Account Number.

Providers will match the data you provide to ensure the right service is moved - Please ensure you supply us with the information that matches how it is held by your current provider.

If you are already a Zen customer and are looking to switch away please see below on how you can access the required information.

How to find your account information and the name and service address we hold, in Zen's communications & customer portal
1. Logging Into your Portal
  • Go to the "My Account" sections of the Zen website and enter your username and password

    Two text boxes, indicating to enter log in details, with an option below to sign up

Note - if you are not signed up for the portal click the button to "Sign up for a Zen Account" 

Your Service ID & Telephone Number
  • You can find your Service ID (Zen username) under the "My Connection" tile on your account dashboard
  • You can also find your Telephone Number under the "My Connection" tile on your account dashboard.
Your Account Number
  • You can find your Account Number under the "My Details" title on your account dashboard.
  • You can also find your Account Number on your or recent communications.
Your Surname
  • You can find your Surname on your bills, you can find these under the "My bills" title on your account dashboard.
  • You now need to click on the View More button and this will reveal your latest bill along with your Surname.
Your Installation Address
  • You can find your Installation Address under the "My services" tab on your account dashboard.
  • Select your service and you will find your Installation address under the "Tech Details" section.
