Zen will discontinue selling and supporting Microsoft365
Zen will not cancel any existing subscription. We will allow them to expire on the date(s) stated in your email.
Because there are no refunds for cancelled subscriptions, it's best to wait until the subscriptions are near their natural expiration dates before buying a new subscription.
You will want to make sure a new provider is in place prior to your licences expiring to ensure continuation of your services.
In order to continue using Microsoft365 services that you have purchased licences for through Zen, you will need to find a new provider to arrange new licences for your products.
First you need to formally establish a relationship with your new provider for the purchase of cloud services going forward. This means you can purchase any Microsoft services for your account from your new provider.
What will this not do:
Remove or alter any existing relationships with Microsoft or any other provider of cloud services you are currently in agreement with. This will also not impact or alter the existing billing or licencing you already have.
What this means:
Your new provider will arrange licences and billing going forward.
Your new provider will give the precise instructions on how to transfer your account over to them. Once you have established a new relationship with your provider you can then purchase ‘additional’ licencing. Please see below for a general guide on how to move to a new provider.
Enter your location, choose your organisation size, add keywords for the type of services you need, then select Go.
Choose one or more partners, then select Contact selected providers.
Complete the form to describe your business needs, then select Send.
The partner will contact you and give you a chance to learn more about them. If you decide to work with them, they will then send you an email invitation to establish a partner relationship.
After you find a partner and decide to work with them, they send you an email invitation.
In the email, select the link to go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
On the Accept agreement & authorize partner page, select the link for the Microsoft Customer Agreement, and read the document.
Check the box to acknowledge that you read the agreement.
Select Accept & Authorise.
The list of partners that you're working will be displayed. Select any partner to see details.
Find and agree a new relationship with a new provider.
Purchase the required licences.
Once available in the admin portal, assign these licences to the current users you have. (This will unassign any existing licences you have with Zen)
Cancel the licences purchased via Zen or let them expire.
Ensure that no more licences are purchased direct from Zen. All purchasing going forward should be through your new provider.
