Zen still the ONLY Which? Recommended Provider for Broadband

Zen has once again picked up the coveted Which? Recommended Provider title, handily beating out all the competition to win the award for the third consecutive year and once again being the only provider to do so.

The only broadband provider to pick up four stars in every category (speed, reliability, service, support, ease/speed of contact, ease of setup and value for money), we scored a full 16 points higher than our nearest competitor to take an overall score of 81%.

Approximately 90% of our customers said they would recommend Zen to others, while Which? complimented us for our Contract Price Promise which means no price increases for the duration of our broadband contracts.
