World Earth Day: Five tech tips to go greener at home

With the way we use technology today, our digital lives have become inseparable from our daily routines. This World Earth Day, here are five tech choices we can all make to help shape a greener future.

1. Go paperless: embrace electronic bills and statements

Paper bills and bank statements might seem small, but their production, printing and delivery can quickly add up – especially multiplied by hundreds or thousands of customers. Switching to paperless options (usually activated by a toggle in your online account with your provider) reduces the need for paper, envelopes and even the fuel used in distribution.
