We’ve been named a UK’s Best Workplace for Wellbeing™

The 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ was launched this morning by Great Place to Work® UK, recognising Zen as 55 out of 100 ranked organisations in the large business category.

Our CEO Richard Tang’s three fundamental objectives in priority order are ‘Happy Staff’, ‘Happy Customers’ and ‘Happy Suppliers’ – just one of the reasons why our people believe it’s a great place to work.

The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ ranking include organisations who have succeeded in making their employees experience high levels of wellbeing in their workplace. To compile the prestigious list, Great Place To Work™ culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing their holistic experiences of wellbeing at work through fundamental facets of employee wellbeing, including: work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, and financial security.   

Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

In the past year, at Zen we’ve developed a new health and wellbeing framework that introduced and recognises the importance of psychosocial wellbeing, including psychological safety and belonging to overall health and wellbeing. This comprehensive framework not only acknowledges health and wellbeing, but also champions how we perceive and address health and wellbeing concerns.
