  3. Give your consent: Review the information and give your consent to make the switch.
  4. Sit back and relax: We’ll handle the rest. On the agreed date, your new service will start, and your old one will stop. That’s it!

  • Will there be any service interruption during the switch? In most cases, your switch should be seamless. We’ll coordinate with your old provider to make sure everything goes smoothly. You might notice a short pause in service while your old one disconnects and your new router finishes setting up.
  • Are there any hidden fees or charges associated with switching? We’ll be upfront about any switching costs, so there are no surprises. Your current provider might also get in touch about any final payments or early exit fees you still owe.
  • What if you can’t find my details with my current provider? If we can’t find your details with your current provider, we may ask you for some more information. On rare occasions, if a match can’t be found, we may need to pause the OTS process and ask you to call us.
  • How long does the One Touch Switching process take? The process of ordering your new service and cancelling your old service should only take a few minutes. We’ll need you to tell us the services you wish to order and give us some details of your existing provider. There will be a short wait while we match your details to your existing provider, and then they may contact you with some important information.
  • How quickly will my new service be set up? We usually let our customers know that it can take up about two weeks to get everything up and running. But with One Touch Switching, it could be much quicker. You’ll be able to choose your activation date as part of the process.
