For just £6 a month, you'll get your Digital Voice line and 1,000 inclusive monthly minutes to mobiles or landlines. You will also have access to some of the lowest call rates available and other fantastic features.
If you already have a telephone number that you'd like to retain then you can port your telephone number across to Digital Voice for free.
In 2025 there will be a 'switch off' of traditional phone technology, so taking a Digital Voice solution now will mean your phone line won't face any disruption in the coming years.

Calls are subject to a minimum length of one second and are rounded to the nearest minute (e.g. if a call lasts 25 seconds, it will be rounded up to one minute on your bill). If applicable, a call setup fee is added. Fixed fee calls have a fixed-cost element for part (or all) of the call (e.g. 5p for the first five minutes or 25p per call). For calls to service numbers beginning 084, 087, 09 and 118 the access and service charges are rounded up to the nearest minute. There is no setup fee for these calls.

How do I set up my Digital Voice?

Will Digital Voice work with my alarm or care line?
Digital Voice is not designed to work with care lines or alarm lines. With the pending switch off of the PSTN network we suggest you speak to the provider of these services to confirm their plans for the move to IP.
I’m already in contract with Zen for my line rental will I get an early termination charge if I move to Digital Voice now?
No, as you are moving across to our new Digital Voice package you are not subject to an early termination charge on your current line rental contract. This charge will be waived by our team when you place your order over the phone.
I have a Technicolor router not a Fritz!Box router can I still get Digital Voice?
Technicolor routers aren’t currently compatible with our Digital Voice service, however, we will soon have a solution for this. If you are interested in taking up Digital Voice, please contact our team on 01706 902570 to let them know and we will add you to our waiting list, and contact you as soon as we have the solution available.
I’ve switched to Digital Voice, and I’ve received a Change of Telephone Ownership email notifying me that I’ve cancelled my service – what shall I do?
This email is sent automatically when we cancel your Line Rental service and set you up with Digital Voice but please ignore this email. Our team should notify you of this when you make your order.
